Shipping Issues
If you have issues receiving your order and we have already handed the package to the carrier, please contact the carrier. Otherwise, send us an email with your order and tracking number to connect@jeanelleats.com
Where we ship
We're happy to announce that we ship to over 180 countries around the world!
Here's a list of countries we do not ship to:
Afghanistan, Ascension Island, Åland Islands, Belarus, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bhutan, Central African Republic, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Côte d’Ivoire, Eritrea, French Southern Territories, Iraq, Isle of Man, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Niger, Norfolk Island, Palestinian Territories, Pitcairn Islands, Russia, Saint Martin, Somalia, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, St. Helena, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Sudan, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, U.S. Outlying Islands, Vatican City, Venezuela, Wallis & Futuna, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
When do we ship
We are packing and shipping ourselves! So we would be grateful for your patience in fulfilling orders. If there are any foreseeable delays, we will be sure to let you know.
Preorders: We plan to ship all preorders at the end of September 2024
Regulars orders: All orders placed by each Sunday at 5pm PST will be shipped out the following Wednesday.
Shipping Costs
Domestic and International shipping is calculated upon checkout. Please choose the option best suited to you. Remember, if you are outside the preorder window, your order will be shipped out on a Wednesday. Keep this in mind when considering the shipping estimates.
Continental U.S. orders over $89 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Timeline
We ship from California, USA. Shipping times will vary based on your location and shipping provider.
Update Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, you can do so by going to your Order Confirmation email and clicking the button that says "View your order". On that page, you will see another button that says "Update Address".
If your country location is changing, please contact us at support@juniful.com to see if we can ship to that location. Additional shipping and customs fees may apply.
If you have already received a shipping confirmation, we cannot change the shipping address. Some carriers will let you change the address to a pickup location at one of their stores. You can also try contacting the address the package is shipping to and see if they can help you pick up the package from them.
